One on One Consultation

Initial Consultations- $75  1 hour

Are you getting your daily required vitamin and mineral intake?  Many are not. Prolonged mineral deficiencies can lead to diseases in the body such as elevated cholesterol, insulin resistance, skin issues, body aches and pains, obesity, etc. To prevent this you must learn how to bring your body into balance and prevent the physical aches and pains that follow.

There's a lot of information available online, but it can be confusing if you don't know where to begin.  We take the confusion out of it and walk you through a simple process to help you find balance in your diet and lifestyle change.

In the initial consultation, you’ll receive a self-assessment questionnaire, a Free 7-day recipe guide, a whole foods shopping guide, a PH acid/alkaline food guide, a multivitamin-mineral guide, Terry’s "Daily Habits to Healthy Living" guide, and unlimited email access to me.

 

6 to 8-week Follow-up

Consultation Followup- $60   45 minutes

We meet again via Skype, or phone to discuss your progress, answer additional questions and assist you in the next step to help you meet your general nutrition and wellness goals.

Recipe Guides

We provide you with healthy recipes that'll help you meet the general recommended nutrition requirements to prevent deficiencies.  You can also use them to create your own personalized meal plans that fit your specific diet and lifestyle. It also has resources to support you in your healthy living journey. 

14-Days- $57 This recipe guide contains 14 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack, dessert, and water recipes, shopping lists, food prep instructions, and resources to help you stay on track.   The recipes contain all whole foods that’ll provide your body with the general nutrition requirements you need for better health.

28-Days- $87 This recipe guide contains 28 days of whole food recipes which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 daily snacks, dessert, water, smoothies, plant-based milk, fermented food, shopping lists, food prep instructions, and resources to help you stay on track.

Grocery Shopping Tour

Shopping Tour- $65

Your understanding of general nutrition starts with your education in a grocery store.  We will visit a grocery store to review the nutrition labels and ingredients list to learn how to make healthy choices when shopping.   We’ll also review th​e best way to navigate the store to find the whole foods and avoid packaged, junk foods with false marketing promises.

Meal Prep Classes 

Prep Classes- $35

A healthy diet requires the knowledge of proper meal prep and planning to stay on track with your nutrition goals.  We educate you by "doing" in a fun and educational way! Our classes involve simple meal prep, tips and kitchen hacks to prepare common whole foods that are not only sim​ple to make, but healthy so that you get the most out of your food.

Health/Nutrition Lectures

We offer holistic health education on various topics of general nutrition, diet, and lifestyle changes. These health talks can be provided for group settings in the workplace, your place of worship, or place of business.
