My Story

When my son was 12 years old, he was diagnosed with high blood pressure. Through diet and lifestyle change, we were able to normalize his blood pressure in 30 days.


When my youngest son was 5 years old, he’d wake up every morning with a bloody shirt from scratching eczema itches all night. I changed his diet and personal care products and the eczema went away.


In 2013 my thyroid levels had dropped really low, causing me to suffer from the symptoms of hypothyroidism. I changed my diet and life style, and retested after 3 months with normal adults.

My Biography

Theresa’s health & wellness journey started over 10 years ago when she was faced with health challenges with her children, husband, and herself.  The healing results she experienced from diet and lifestyle change convinced her that if she could do it, anyone could.

Theresa’s education in business, which includes an MBA did not prepare her for the health challenge solutions she later learned from 10 years of research and self-study, along with over 15 years of nutrition training from the Association for Child Development-a federal nutrition program for children and results. This extended education equipped her with the desire to help others in their health and wellness journey.
